Route

Please do not follow a Sat Nav it will take you down some very narrow lanes, for the easiest route to the cottage please follow the route below:

It is recommended that you follow a route to Tiverton on the M5 from Junction 27. From Tiverton head towards Bickleigh and then towards Crediton on the A3072.

1) Just as you reach Crediton take a right turn to Sandford. This lane skirts around the edge of Crediton.

2) At a staggered crossroads turn right.

3) Follow this lane towards Sandford and just before the village take a left turn to New Buildings.

4) Go through the hamlet of New Buildings and after approximately three-quarters of a mile, with a very tall pine tree as a landmark, take a left turn signposted for Gays and Knathorne. Follow this lane -  for exactly a mile passing two farms. Following the signs to Great Ash Barn. You will then come to Ash Bullayne Farm and Great Ash Barn in front of you just as the lane turns to the right. Great Ash Barn is the first building on your left.
